What happens to your file

This page lists exactly what we do — and do not — with documents you upload to FFIA Insight. Every promise below is enforced by an automated job on our system, not by goodwill.

1. The path your file takes

Upload — your file is sent over HTTPS (encrypted in transit) to our analysis server.
Analysis — our software reads the file and computes your report. The demo report is generated by deterministic code: every number shown comes from your file, not from an AI.
Report — the result is shown to you in the browser. The raw file is not shown or downloadable to anyone else.
Deletion — the raw file is deleted from our server within 7 days, automatically, every day at 03:25 UTC. We keep only the analysis result (the numbers and your email) so we can answer questions about your run.

Enforced by: a daily automated deletion job with a 7-day age cut-off, plus nightly clean-up of result records that point to deleted files.

2. What we never do

Never train AI models on your files. Your documents are not used as training data — by us or, to the best of our contract position, by any processor acting for us.
Never sell or share your data. Your file and results are not sold, brokered, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Never auto-send messages in your name. Any reminder drafts our paid analysis produces are drafts for you to review — nothing is sent without you pressing send.
Never keep raw files beyond 7 days (see above — this is a hard cut-off, not a target).

3. Who can see your data

You — via your report link.
FFIA Solutions operators — only when needed to answer your questions or fix a problem. Access is limited to the small FFIA team; the server is not publicly file-listable.
Processors strictly needed to run the service — listed in the table below. That is the complete list.

When AI-language analysis is switched on (planned for the paid Receivables Copilot), the model provider used at that time will be added here before it processes any file — with the same no-training commitment in the contract.

4. The demo, specifically

Demo links are token-gated and limited to a small number of runs (stated when we send you the link).
The demo currently performs no AI calls at all — column detection and totals are computed by ordinary code. Your file is parsed, summarised, and deleted on the schedule above.
You do not need an account to run the demo; we ask only for an email so the link works and so we can follow up if you want us to.

5. Extra options for sensitive data

Human-mediated first run: prefer to watch? We run your file live on a 15-minute call — the file is never sent ahead of time.
NDA: we sign a mutual NDA before you share anything confidential. Ask us for the template.
Deletion on request: email us and we delete your analysis records and any remaining files within 5 working days.

6. Questions, requests, complaints
